Ok as far as I can tell.

I take these multi's every day and they make a HUGE difference for me in helping clear up my skin! I'll be straight with you, these are disgusting and large vits, and you have to take 3 of them daily (I find apple juice hides the taste reasonably.) however I have noticed a big difference taking these as opposed to the opti-women vits, which were also disgusting but didn't help my skin at all. As someone dealing with adult acne for the last two years, I was desperate for something to help my skin! I've tried countless creams, serums, peels, masks, washes, sprays, essential oils, etc until my wallet cried.. and NONE of them helped! My skin was horrible, inflamed, utterly embarrassing as a working adult, and painful to boot. (The kicker was many days it hurt to smile! If you've been there you know how discouraging this is!) My skin was so terrible a coworker anonymously left proactive on my desk at work (the turd!!). After countless wasted dollars and months of frustration I've FINALLY got my skin under control and milk thistle was a huge part of that. I'm sharing what has worked for me in hopes of helping other people who H A T E their skin. -Topically, I ONLY use Niacinamide Vitamin B3 Cream Serum 5% by Skin Daily. No washing, no scrubs, no masks-- pretty much caveman status. A drop goes a long way so the bottle will last a while. I'm never oily when using this unlike a lot of other products I tried. It's really improved the texture of my skin, smoothing and plumping (is that a thing?). I think it has also helped with some of the hyper pigmentation as well. The only other topicals I like as much are aztec/cider vinegar face mask and honey/cinnamon/nutmeg mask. I used to do one of those masks EVERY DAY in hopes of a miracle for my skin :( but now I don't need them. Unfortunately it is a little pricey but if you're like me you'll pay whatever it takes (well, maybe not a yacht) to have clear skin. -Internally: Every day I take gaia milk thistle (to fight inflammation---game changer!x3), nature' way alive! women's multi (warning it tastes super nasty but is bearable with fruit juice x3), align probiotic (x1), and naturemade fish oil pills (x3). Nothing helped me clear up like taking these supplements! I would say I am 95% clear on them and improving. Before these I cut out bread, potatoes, pasta, chocolate, dairy, and most other glorious foods in hopes of helping my body to no avail! I tried vitex/chasteberry, inositol powder, fermented cod liver oil in cinnamon tingle (still puking), synthetic vit e, maca root, hyper biotics, opti-women, turmeric, and countless more with little to no success. (note: I also tried Jarrow's formula milk thistle, and while that worked OK I find gaia is way more potent.) These days I am still conscientious about what I eat but not militant about food like I was when my skin was so horrible. Sugar and caffeine make me more inflamed so I do moderate my intake of those. If you can do nothing else I would recommend the gaia milk thistle. (Amazon has the best price I have found-but if you're desperate Whole Foods has it for like $40). Anyone with serious acne has an inflammation problem that they may nor even know about, and the milk thistle was huge in getting that under control for me- my skin was WAY less red and inflamed within days of starting it. I hope this helps anyone with skin issues looking for an alternative to meds or BC or SA/BP for managing their skin issues :) Best of luck getting clear!

The reason I think this is a really great product is because of its max potency. I was skeptical at first but after taking it for a while, I noticed a significant difference in my energy levels. I no longer feel sluggish throughout the day and am able to power through my tasks with ease. While the price could be improved, the effectiveness of this multivitamin is worth every penny. Tablet size is also a little bigger than what I'm used to, but it's a small price to pay for the benefits I'm receiving. Overall, I highly recommend Nature's Way Alive! Excelente formulación. Producto bien precintado y de excelente calidad. Se notan los resultados. Soy deportista de resistencia, esta formulación cubre todas mis necesidades para una pronta recuperación y así poder continuar con la intensa actividad. Aunque además tomó otros suplementos, buscaba uno concentrado y fácil de gestionar, esta fue mi acertada elección. Repetiré.

Tengo psoriasis y necesitaba algún suplemento que me aporte las cantidades diarias de vitaminas y minerales, encontré este y me decidí por él porque aparte de que lleve todas las vitaminas y minerales, lleva también extractos de la mayoría de frutas, verduras, hongos, cítricos. La verdad es que para que las vitaminas se absorban bien hace falta que estén complementados por otras sustancias tales como los bioflavonoides igual que en la naturaleza y sí que los lleva este multivitamínico. Las pastillas son un poco grandes pero se tragan bien. Lo recomiendo. Muchas gracias Nature's Way. Este multivitamínico me ha quitado los síntomas de mi enfermedad crónica (psoriasis).

Me encantan esos vitaminas. Tomo unos dos al día como mucho y me va estupendamente bien. Uno por la mañana al levantarse con el desayuno y otro a mediodía. Sobre todo notas la mejoría en el procesamiento de información en tu cerebro, en una manera mucho más suelta a la hora de expresarse, y en el aguante en general del cansancio y la fatiga en tu día a día. Muy buenos, a mi me funcionan perfectamente aunque reconozco que cada cuerpo tendrá diferente reacción.

Realemente eficiente! Sientes el nivel de vitalidad y energia que te brinda sin ponerte hiperactivo. 1 Pastilla diaria va muy bien ,))
