I like this brand because they are high quality at low cost. All their vitamins are affordable. These ones are coated in a way that makes them easy to take and their is no taste. You take two a day, but they are small.

Awesome price for the amount of DHA it contains. I use these as supplements so I can't really speak on the effectiveness. But the pills were easy to swallow and of high quality.

According to the label, these have a 2/1 DHA/EPA ratio. Having tried some now, though, I've concluded that each softgel doesn't contain more than 150 mg of DHA. Since they're so tiny, this wouldn't be surprising. Since a dose of 300 mg DHA, from two small softgels, works pretty well for me, I think I will order another bottle.

While I'm very happy with the nutritional value of this supplement, I find the softgels can be difficult to swallow. Most softgels I've taken are elongated but these are shorter and fat in the middle, like a football shape. That shape is fine for small pills but not for large ones! Sometimes the pill will turn the wrong way when I'm trying to swallow it, which makes for a painful experience as it goes down. I hope Now Foods will adjust the shape of this softgel to make it easier to swallow.

The pills are fatter then I expected but not as hard to swallow as Dr Sinatra's pills are.
