The knowledge - There are sections on the rules of healthy eating, and not just the usual nonsense found in “healthy” cookbooks. In addition there are Meal Plans, showing you how to construct your diet properly and Macro Tables showing how much you should eat based on your body weight, body fat % and fitness goal. It is simple to understand and then adjust to cook all the recipes in a quantity that is right for me. This book is for anyone who wants to learn a little how to cook quick healthy meals without getting bored but staying on track for their fitness goals or those just looking for a wide variety of recipes from around the world suitable for any occasion. It isn’t well suited to anyone not interested in their health as you won’t make use of the knowledge and the macros will just get in the way. I’ve tried about 5 of the 190 recipes so far and the healthy fried chicken was my favourite. The best recipe/fitness book I’ve ever bought. You’ll never get bored of cooking using it.

Worth the investment in your health
A gem of a book that has really helped me during my mini transformation. The recipes are clear and easy to follow. All the macros are laid out as well as the possibility to see what is low fat or low carb should you be looking for something specific.

Ich bin auf der Instagram-Seite auf Ultimate Performance gestoßen, welche hervorragende Erfolge seiner Kunden postet und diese mit sauberer Ernährung(80% des Erfolges liegt in der Ernährung), welche nun hierzu zu finden ist. Ein dickes Buch mit vielen tollen abwechslungsreichen!!! Rezepten von Frühstück, mexikanisch, Asien Cuisine, Mittag, Abendessen und Dessert mit Angabe der Portionen und der einzelnen Markos.

The last cookbook you will need to purchase!!
As with everything Nick Mitchell and UP do you can expect a product that overdelivers in value and content. Great recipes, useful calorie/macro chart and plenty of variety to ensure even the pickiest of eaters will find things they like!!
