The media could not be loaded.  I coach multiple levels. U6 to U19. Boys and Girls. These cards are a great addition to my coaching kit. With my younger players, I have the kids draw cards and we work on them in large groups (so we can make sure we are using proper form). For my older players, we set up stations, and the players move around and we keep time and move based on intervals. Often we just play music and I stop the music so they know to switch and start the music to start them. There are 13 strength training cards, 13 core strength cards, 13 technique cards, and 13 juggling cards. The core activities are solid and really develop muscles and systems players need to work on. I like that you can use these across multiple age and ability levels. The cards are thick and durable with easy-to-read font and graphics that match the expected card activity.
