Nikko Ceramics Happy Holidays Coffee Mugs, Set of 4

We are collectors of Nikko Happy Holidays dinnerware. This purchase was to expand our collection for an eventual gift to our grandchildren. The sale was flawless and the merchant service very good.

...but small if you like a big ol' mug of Joe in the morning. Still, nice holiday design, and I'm pleased.

I have my original set of Nikko Happy Holidays Dinnerware service for 12 that I purchased back in 1990. I bought a few sets of these mugs to add to it. These mugs are fabulous! They are a generous size, so you can have a big mug of coffee. We use these Christmas dishes and mugs for EVERY meal through the entire holiday season, from the Sunday after Thanksgiving all the way to Epiphany Day on January 6th.Now we have the choice of using the original cups & saucers or these larger sized mugs. Nikko Happy Holidays has been a wonderful tradition in our house!

Use it for some some coffee, or use them for milk as every one in my family does...We tend to fill these as extra glasses of milk for every one at the holiday dinners; my mother hates having the plastic milk jug on the nicely prepared dining room table.
