Initial review after one day: my husband and I absolutely love it. It was easy to set up and the water tastes amazing. We were previously refilling five gallon jugs but after the fountains kept being out of order, we needed something different. My husband doesn’t like the taste of tap water, and I don’t like the taste of Brita water - it’s too tasteless. The water from this pitcher, on the other hand, tastes incredibly smooth, almost buttery on your tongue- in a great way. The closest thing I can compare it to is bottled water from the mountains of Crete, the best water I have ever tasted. The other thing is that the pitcher is so aesthetically pleasing. We have a set of thin walled glasses and the combination of the glasses and this pitcher is perfect. I’m over the moon.

I notice a difference in the taste of the water to the better. I like the style of it. Love that it is glass.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve already returned the item, I received a replacement literally the next day, which was awesome. Except the original issue happened AGAIN. Originally, the bamboo top portion of the lid separated from the stainless steel portion easily when I lifted the lid. I figure it was still useable, but I mean, if I can return, it’d be nice to have a fully functioning one. You have to use your nails to lift the stainless portion of the lid up, if that makes sense. But I received my replacement and I made sure to do it slowly, carefully and gently. The bamboo portion on this one wasn’t even attached. Sucks. I won’t be returning again, it’s pointless. Just seems like they’re all like this, the glue joining them together being dried out and weak. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I definitely love that it’s glass but the inner is plastic. First and second impression were poor so it’s hard to see the benefits. Also, reading the insert, there’s a second membrane filter that honestly should be included in the basics.. I want to get it but I don’t want to give the company any more of my money. Maybe I’ll just return it altogether. We have a tiny house and I just wanted a small countertop filter til we get the under sink filter installed. It is what it is.**edit** I continued to use the filter even with the lid separated, followed directions, and while filtering the water, water from the top reservoir slid between and directly into the pitcher. Meaning unfiltered water is going through. Complete waste of money and I will be returning for a refund.

I love the sturdy glass jar. I have slowly replaced my plastic pitchers and plastic water bottles with glass. Glass is more expensive however I did not mind paying more for a glass water filter. The tap water is retained in a separate container by a sealed cover. If anyone is looking to replace their water filter consider trying this glass water filter. We refill two water pitchers at least 4 times per day with our new filtration system.

I received the Glass Alkaline Water Pitcher with the glass broken. I returned it and before I could get the broken one to the UPS, a new one came. The return was fast. I love the glass pitcher, a little heavy but doable. You have to be careful with glass anyway, so I pick it up with the handle and my other hand on the spout side. You will love it!

Love the pitcher but the rubber seal on the lid comes off every time I remove the lid. I have contacted the manufacturer… hopefully they will replace it

I'm enjoying using this pitcher. The alkaline water taste takes some getting used to, but the thought of having the health benefits and the better filtration of city water is comforting. The pitcher has a minor design flaw in that the plastic chamber (which is pretty heave with the main filter and the add-on) dislodges and does not stay put inside the glass carafe when pouring beyond a certain angle. It's pretty annoying, but you can live with it. Again, the health benefits of the superior filtration outweigh this flaw which should hopefully get sorted out in future versions.
