Great value...many feeler gauges in the holder...a great choice

Initial impressions are good once you get over the fact you need to spend 20mins cleaning all the excess oil off with tissues then washing and rinsing in hot soapy water to remove all trace of the oil, I had to do this as they are for guitar setup so no oil (well not that kind) anywhere near fretboard.... Also bin all the packaging except the carboard box (I keep them in it), as the rest of packaging is contaminated with the oil.

They seem to be well made but were drenched in oil, which is fine if you are going to use them for mechanics, not so good if it is for use with a guitar. They are stainless steel, so I don't see why they should be so oily.

When you open the outer cardboard box the feeler gauge is contained within a zip lock plastic bag, then a clear and blue sleeve with fold over cover for your tool box, and finally the feeler gauge itself wrapped in oil soaked tissue paper. Unlike some low cost feeler gauges, these blades are clearly etched (not printed) for long term use, with each feeler gauge showing the value in both millimetres and imperial thousands of an inch for those that prefer old school. The 32 feeler blades cover a large range of thicknesses, so should cater for most peoples needs. Would happily purchase this product again if I lost this.

Really good for measuring when bowls are so very very close. You won't use it loads but invaluable when needed.

The product is as expected aside from the fact that it comes SMOTHERED in oil. The description says that the oil is "anti-rust" oil and is there to prevent rust and to also slide out the blades with ease. I can kind of get the sliding blades but this thing is made of stainless steel so why would it need anti-rust oil? The main issue is that it is DRENCHED in oil. I had to go through and rub off each blade with a tisue and the tissue came back absolutely black. I can't get the oil off my hands and it is pretty gross. I bought this to measure the frets on my banjo and I'm nervous to slide the thing on my fret board lest my instrument gets drenched in this grossness. Overall fine for the job and if you're using it in a garage for mechanical projects it is perfect but for instruments I would try and find one with less lube...

Jag har använt denna Spurtar 32-blads känselmätare med skjutmått under några veckor, och den har verkligen visat sig vara både praktisk och exakt. Bladen är tillverkade i rostfritt stål, vilket ger både hållbarhet och motstånd mot böjning vid användning. Märkningen på bladen är tydlig och lätt att läsa, vilket gör att man snabbt kan identifiera rätt blad. Själva skjutmåttet fungerar smidigt och ger en exakt avläsning, vilket är avgörande när man jobbar med små toleranser. Förvaring är enkel men funktionell; bladen hålls organiserade och skyddade när de inte används. Jag har använt dessa för att mäta spalter i tändstift och justera gitarrkomponenter, och resultatet har varit mycket pålitligt. Det enda lilla minus är att bladen kan vara lite små att hantera om man har större händer, men det är nästan oundvikligt med så små mätområden. Sammanfattningsvis är detta en mycket användbar och exakt känselmätarsats för alla som behöver mäta små spalter eller tjocklekar med hög precision. Perfekt för både hobby och mer tekniskt arbete.

Jeux de Jauges d'epaisseur tres complet de tres bonne facture , l'outil indispensable dans la caisse metrologie du garage. Les Jauges sont en acier au dela de la 0.25 , et restent le gerement 'tordue' quand on les utilise , mais elle reprennent leur forme quand on les replit dans l'étuis. Je les ai controles au micrometre et pas de soucis elles sont toutes a la bonne cote.

This is an excellent little set of feeler gauges, well priced and well constructed. It came nicely packaged and was delivered promptly. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality given the affordable price.
