Washed Cotton Fitted Army Cap-White S-M

I ordered this in white and khaki. I wanted a hat to give my scalp some protection from the sun, and I like this style. When they arrived, one of the brims was crooked, and the hats were way too big. Also, the distressing is in places where it would never occur in real life, but that is visible in the pictures, so I should have known better. I ended up sewing the inside lining to the hat to create a channel and put some 3/4 elastic inside the channel, which stretched from the edges of the brim around the back. I used hair ties to bend and hold the brim together and adjust the crookedness. It was a quick fix and now I really like them, and more importantly, they now fit without looking ridiculous.In the pics included, there are before pics of both hats, after pics of the white hat, and a pic that hopefully helps show what I did to make it fit for other people with small heads and rudimentary sewing skills.

This hat as a s/m fits more like a m/L, sadly I had to give it to my boyfriend for him to wear 😭

It was as I wanted not to small.
