Bought this to replace the bumper I got with my phone originally. Haven't used the screen protectors, so this review is only for the bumper.The bumper fits ok. It has cut-outs and buttons in the correct location. The only problem that I have with it, is that it is too snug around the volume controls. Therefore a single tap on the up or down volume results in it being shifted to the end of the range. I gave it a few weeks to loosen up, but in the end I got sick of it. I took my box cutters to the bumper and made an extra cut-out :-).

It's a pretty case and cheap since it comes with 3 screen protector and a bumper and a key chain.Why 2 star? 1. It takes close to 4 weeks to receive the item because it shipped from China. 2. The bumper volume side is not working very well. Sometime lower the volume causes it to lower it all the way to the end. It seems like the volume side causing the key to stuck. Therefore, the case is unusable.

They do not properly fir phone. Volume button gets pressed just by picking up phone and case pressing against it. Charger does not plug in properly.

Useless. Volume keys do not work through the bumper. I am returning it.

I used this for the S4 active and it was great! I needed something to help absorb shock in case I dropped it and this case worked perfectly. I couldn't help but fidget with it (snap it on, and snap it off over and over again) and the corner where I did that broke. I liked this case so much though that I went right out and bought another one!

case is too tight - it presses the volume and power buttons such that the volume goes from one extreme to the other and the power button wants to always power the phone off. tried to refund and the seller indicated I would have to pay the shipping fee to return which costs more than the cost of the case. Buyer beware.
