High quality fun purchase
Love love love! I had been eyeing maps of this type for a long time before a friend showed me this one. The greatest destinations theme is unique compared to the typical states/national parks/countries countdown. Shipment was extremely fast, and I appreciated that there was not a lot of extra packaging (plastic bubbles or peanuts) in the box to fill the trash with. The gift box was nice and sturdy. Being an avid traveler (I am about to visit my 40th country!) I had heard of most of the destinations - but I was impressed that there were a few new ideas. I was also pleased to find some of my favorite places on the poster that don’t usually come up as commonly known “great destinations“ - such as a glacier lagoon in Iceland and glaciers in New Zealand - in addition to classics like the coliseum. Scratching off the places I have been definitely left me wanting to visit more! The foil came off easily with a firm press, and even though they recommend scratching it with the cap of the gift box I used a euro for sentiment. No matter how rough I was with it, it didn’t scratch the picture. The size is great. It’s prominent and easy to read without needing an absurd amount of space. The material of the paper is not at all what I think of when I think of paper. It’s very thick and sturdy. Walking around the house holding it up to different walls to decide where to put it I did not worry about tearing it or feel like I needed to be particularly careful. Overall, no hesitation on the 5 stars and if you’ve been looking for something like this, this is it! Highly highly recommend.

Scratch off loving travel husband was so happy
Grabbed this for a Christmas present for my husband. He loved scratching off the gold foil and seeing the beautiful places he has been to. While scratching we even came up with some in the near future destinations.

Retirement Gift
This was bought as a retirement gift and given to someone that likes to travel. They were thrilled with the product and couldn't wait to scratch off where they had been already and use it to plan their next trips.
