## Questions & Answers

**Q: What size are the threads that connect to the CO2 cylinder?**
A: Co2 threads

**Q: Is the QD connector replaceable?**
A: Yes, it can be easily removed. It is attached with PTFE sealant tape. You can also buy the same regulator without the connector ready for any connector you wish to use.

**Q: Is this regulator food grade for carbonated water or any chance the dial oil could leak into co2?**
A: This regulator is not approved or passed any testing for FDA purposes, and is not set up properly for pushing soda. Too high flow. 

The current production no longer has oil in the gauges.

**Q: Can it be used with co2 tanks with a siphon tube?**
A: You must take the siphon tube out of the (EMPTY!)  tank before you can use this regulator on a CO2 tank.  It's only designed for gas not liquid.  It will destroy the regulator and putting liquid CO2 through the regulator could be very dangerous. Have a welding/gas supply company remove and replace the siphon and valve for use with CO2 gas and a regulator.  They can also certify and fill the tank at the same time if it has been more than 5 years since the tank has been certified.

It does freeze on the outside but it keeps working and I have never had a failure works great I have filled 35s from 17 psi to 39 psi
