After careful consideration I chose these because I wanted them to be the same length but have different resistance. They worked perfect for glute bridges, hip lifts, squats or lunges. I would consider myself advanced but not a bodybuilder, I was able to use the heavy band for most everything and get a good burn. I would recommend to anyone though, beginners can use the light bands.
