Pico 2204A BASIC PicoScope 2 channel + AWG, 10MHz, w/o Probes

This scope works good. I have used it to do some Automotive Diagnostics as a DIY guy. It has served my needs.

This brand holds a one of top places in it's class given it's performance and uses. Hardware and software together work great.The cables for testing are too short not for automotive purpose. So I bought two from other sellers on Amazon . And a laptop is a must to use with this on outdoor jobs.

This scope can be used all day long in the automotive environment but the folks at picoscope decided to exclude it from the picoscope 7 automotive software line. You must use picoscope T&M for software.

Nice basic scope, software is top notch. I did have to return this and buy another Pico with better specs because i took a chance i could use this for my application on automotive ignition and if i was doing only 4 cyl engine it would be ok but not enough scope for 8 cyl work. Not the scopes fault i just tried to save some money on a lesser model than i needed. Pico is great stuff and love the software. The scope i did buy is #2206B and it works great for 8 cyl auto ignition systems, but it was 3 times the money.

Pico scope is the best

I read many reviews before buying this PicoScope and some of the reviews pointed out some of the specs were comparatively low. For my needs, reading automotive sensor signals, this scope work awesome! Amazing bang for the buck. Love being able to save and print scope patterns.I highly recommend PicoScope. If the 2204A BASIC 2 CHANNEL does not meet the specs you need, there are several higher models with higher speed, more channels and features.
