Finally!
I have been waiting so long for this book to finally come out. Very well worth the wait. the story behind the restaurant and chef/team is great! recipes are well thought out and there are a couple translations that are off, but either way i managed to figure them out. its a great book!

This book is incredibly beautiful.Well written recipes, compelling stories, and phenomenal photography have made this my new favorite cookbook. I can not recommend it enough.

Maximo Lives Up to Its Name!
This is an extraordinarily beautiful cookbook! Eduardo Garcia of Maximo Bistrot is my favorite chef in Mexico. His food is simple, unpretentious and elegantly presented. I was lucky enough to take one of his cooking classes in Mexico City, so I am familiar with the ease of his recipes, but what I love most about this book is that it combines recipes for many of his iconic dishes with gorgeous photographs and in depth introductions to the cooks, farmers, fishermen, beekeepers and cheesemakers who supply the restaurant and make it so spectacular. Beautiful book, amazing recipes and photographs. An incredible cook book that makes the perfect gift for any foodie. Highly recommended!
