It's in the box with a black print since it's a pack of 5 blades. The yellow pack is a pack of 10 blades. No difference in the blade quality though.

Is there a difference between red packaging and yellow packaging?

Red packaging is 5 blades per individual package; Yellow packaging is 10 blades per package. The blades themselves are the same. They are excellent I might add.
