Best speed rope I own. I’m 6’3” so the cable is barely exactly the right length. Maybe 1/2” short, but makes me focus more so that’s good. Love it!

This is a solid product. After repeated wear and tear the handles have very good rotation. After about 1 or 2 years after frequently using the rope inside the plastic on the cord begins to degrade and I just ordered a new cord. This is value for its money, i wish it was a little less expensive, at least buying the replacement cords. This is a very durable product. Also, don't tie any knots in these kind of ropes.

If you are looking for a light and speedy rope this is the one. The handles are extremely good quality, it’s built to last. I’ve had sr1 and sr2 rouge jump ropes but I think the quality of this one edges those out. It’s a lot faster and lighter. The only “complaint” that I have is that the handles are a bit short. So, when you are jumping really fast or doing double unders, my grip on the handle loosens. But overall amazing!

I use this speed rope for 1 hour everyday! It’s a workhorse and has been all over the US with me including Alaska. At the 13 month mark the ball bearing broke off from the handle and I reached out to the company. They replaced the handle that day and shipped it away!

Bought a few months ago, have been using it daily. Great for cardio style jump roping , double unders or just fast rotations. Need to use on some kind of mat or polished floor (I use it in the cardio section at my gym ) or the wire will get wear and tear

* requires assembly w/ TINY metal pieces no bigger than a woman's earring back. * the jump rope, when packaged was so small it fit into my hand. * the 2 handles which required assembly were as long as my middle finger. * the jump rope width = dental floss 0 stars if he could; my husband has had 3-4 jump ropes during his athletic career & this one was not even used- returned several days later. To perform continuous double overs, the bottom of the rope requires some semblance of moderate counterweight and/or ball bearings in the handle. Finally. the rope plastic is so thin, gym floor surface would wear it down within 2-3 months of use. Using outside on turf/track for sprint work for Speed development or Cross Fit training it would not hold up at all. Very disappointing PLUS the price = $50!?!

Unfortunately i received without the second metal piece and extra screws and i have to return it. I waited 3 weeks to get it and not sure if i order it again i will have it complete or not.

I have used the jump rope consistently for over a month now. The rope is solidly held in place by the screw. The handles are nice and slim. It is very easy to remove and install different ropes.
