When you gotta have it, you gotta have it.
My H-P laptop gave an error reading that signified the cpu fan was not working...egads! Now what? To the Internet immediately for a replacement part. H-P does not carry this fan. The laptop is about ten years old, but performs very well on Windows 10 Home. Originally came with Windows 7!!! I want to keep the machine alive. Therefore, back to Amazon. Found the correct part from a Chinese dealer and got the order going. Took about three week, but, when you gotta have it, you gotta have it. Very pleased with Amazon and the Chinese dealer (谢谢).

Worked just fine in an older HP laptop.I actually screwed up and ordered the wrong one (connector wise), but since the battery was an exact match, it was simpler to just splice the wires rather than return and wait for a new one.

Incorrect description
The description says the product is compatible with hp elitebook 2570p, which is not correct. I chose this production after checking dozens of websites and other products and yet I realized the product is not compatible with my device!
