I love this shoulder brace and finally got the support I need after a partial tear in my rotator cuff. It fits snug and is comfortable to wear under clothes and even in bed. The company was wonderful in resolving a size issue too. I think women should buy this product based on size and not weight since most of us carry weight in our hips and not shoulders. If you are a woman who wears a size 12 top and under you should buy the Small/ medium. Large/ XLarge would be best for women who wear size 14 and up. I wear this brace almost all day and it has helped me greatly during physical therapy sessions too. I can now do weight exercises that I couldn't do before finding this brace. Great product and good price.

It provides great support and comfort for my left shoulder injury but its kind of loose and leaves a gap even if adjusted. It has helped alot and I use it all day and night.

It takes a little adjustment to get the best results, but it definitely helped me. I have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, so partial dislocation is nothing new. But I was having trouble this time with the shoulder not staying in place, and it was still pretty painful. I knew I would be traveling quite a bit, so I got this brace...I've never needed one for my shoulder before. But once it was adjusted right it worked! For women I found two ways to use it, with each giving slightly different support. You can wear it as pictured, with the chest strap under the arm. Or you can wear between the breasts and under the opposite side of injury. It's easy to switch back and forth during wearing. I wore it day and night for a few days until it stabilized, then only when painful or active.

I ordered the small/medium size, which was not made for smaller framed folks. So it's a little big, but with the multi adjustable straps, I was able to make it work, sort of. My shoulder issue is that my shoulder joint falls forward when I bend forward, and that is where there is a large bubble of material that cannot be reduced by adjusting the straps, due to my frame size. My real issue is the smell. Petroleum, burnt rubber, even when wearing something over the top of it, which then caused my clothes to reek of the rubber smell also. Tried airing it out, washing it, sprayed Febreeze (zero perfume) all over it, but the smell is still gaggingly there. Next, I'm going to try sticking it in a bag with baking soda for several days, but if the smell is still there, I will pass it on to someone who can handle the smell. It's too bad about the smell because it was comfortable, and seemed to help a bit.

I endured 2 full weeks of pain prior to finding this brace. Placing it on as shown in the instructions yielded immediate pain relief. I slept with it on my shoulder the first night, and have to state that the level of improvement the following morning after taking it off and using a treadmill was significant. Whereas power walking at a pace of 4.5 mph during the prior 2 weeks caused quite a bit of shoulder discomfort at times, just having used this for 1 night greatly improved the issue. I'll continue to wear this day and night, and hopefully it will resolve the issue completely in several weeks. I will update this review in several weeks.

May update as I use this more, but so far I really like it! I love how adjustable it is. You can adjust the strap from the front and the back. I ordered the smallest size, I’m 5’5” and 110 pounds, so I’m rather small and it still fits me.

Bought the small that's recommended for women. Far to big. Can't use it at all.

I am a 5’ 5” woman 146lbs and this thing is very big. The straps have velcro and can tighten, but I just dint feel like it holds my shoulder as intended. It seems to pull on the back of my shoulder. If you are an average size women or small, choose one meant for women, not this one. Otherwise, product seems good quality if you are larger or a medium sized man.

No me dio soporte. Lo compre para poder hacer rehabilitación de mi hombro ya que tengo una ruptura parcial de tendón. No me daba soporte, no pude hacer ningún ejercicio de rehabilitación por que por más que lo apretaba me estorbaba al no ajustarse a mi hombro de forma adecuada.
