These are images of fully grown large plants in the height of summer. Repot your plant in ericacious ( acidic) potting compost and it’ll grow on. Eventually you’ll get an abundance of leaves and flowers. Once it’s a couple of years old, you can plant it in the earth into the garden once it’s established.

I haven't much space in my very small garden would they be ok in a big pot on patio?

I bought one earlier this year to grow in a pot on my patio, up to now it is flourishing and full of bud, I can’t see a problem with growing it in a pot, I have other hydrangeas that I have grown in pots for years and they do ok.

Hi when mine arrived it was just a little twig that was in January /February . I planted it in pot and put it outside in a sheltered position in the march . Lovely plant ,even bloomed ,just a couple of flowers in the first year . The flowers really are white and turn pink as they mature . Greatly admired C!!
