Beautiful. Easy to assemble. Great fit & finish. Feels strong. Stable. No wobbling. Wheels are smooth. Use of tempered glass. Wish the price were more economical though.

Installation
However the product was good but the technician who assembled it was not knowledgeable. He assembled it in wrong way and also take the L-key along with him and I have to again assemble it myself by borrowed the L-Key.

Worst Installation Process. Pls avoid.
There were previous reviews about how pathetic the installation process of a simple product is and I regret not paying heed to it. I was supposed to get the installation done a later after I got the delivery but I got no update no call from anyone for installation for 2 days. After much followup a technician was assigned to come install the trolley. The 'technician' was the most incapable person I have seen. He took 3 hours to fix the trolley and if you see the attached pic he installed it totally wrong. When I pointed out at the holes on the top (bcos of the wrong installation) he said it's for utility and design!! It's been 10 days and I'm still following up to get someone to correct the faulty installation and take this back but this time even Amazon customer service has messed up bad. I have called Amazon CS 5 times over this but this wrongly assembled trolley lies in one corner of my house unattended and u utilized. Home Center should be ashamed of this. So in summary don't buy.
