Good probiotic, I used as part of a weight loss diet. Offers a good mix of probiotics and herbs to help with digestion, gut health and weight loss. The size of the capsules are average and should be taken with plenty of water.

I'm loving this product. The bloat has mostly disappeared. I wish I would have measured my belly before I started using this product.

Eased digestion issues

I have lots of digestive intolerances and IBS. I couldn't eat half the things I do without this supplement. I take one before most meals and rarely have a reaction to my food. It also includes probiotics to treat my gut.

Helped clean me out

These work very well! On the very first one, immediate results. I have been having bloating, acid reflux and gas from any food I ingest. I looked at every digestive enzyme I think, that Amazon carries and decided on this one. Had just a handful of reviews but I liked the ingredients, No extra "junk/fillers/sugars etc" in them. And I hit the jackpot with this brand. I endorse them wholeheartedly as they work fantastic for me at least and I feel good about the ingredients. I already came back and subscribed to them I liked them that much.

These seem to help with minimizing that uncomfortable feeling that often comes with eating as we age and digestion slows. Nothing is perfect, but this does seem to help. Yes, I will buy again. Easy to swallow capsules, reasonably priced.

I purchased these enzymes for a more natural digestive approach after having a cholecystectomy. They work great in aiding in digestion as they are advertised. What they don't tell you is one of the main ingredients, protease, is an enzyme that breaks down your hair follicles causing massive hair loss. I've been taking these 3x daily with each big meal & my hair just falls out in hand fulls. After extensive research, I discovered this fun fact. As a former alopecia sufferer a few years ago & now currently, it takes a ton of money & work to get my hair to be healthy & grow a nice head of hair... So they're not worth the $9 bottle to have hundreds of dollars worth of damage done to my hair. Only writing this to make others with this problem aware. Not trashing the company or product but be sure to research or consult a health care provider before taking these! Thanks!
