Works reliably.

Springs weak
Not enough spring power to pop the tray open. Constantly gets hung up. Good product if it had a reliable door opening design.

It's hard to find the buttons
This is a great system, my only complaint is that it is hard to find the buttons. The front is completely flat with no indentations or other markings, so you have to press randomly until it lights up. Other than that, I love the fact that it is very low profile.

Keypad makes the Medium safe nearly useless in urgent situations.
I have the Medium size model and the numbered keypad almost never activates when I touch the pad to enter the combination. Yes, the batteries are new. It takes me repeated tries to get the the pad to illuminate. This almost makes the safe worthless if I need to open it in an urgent situation.
