As a bit of a coffee addict, I'm very conscious of the effect it can have on my teeth. For the first few days of using this, I was a bit worried I'd bought into a gimmick but this turned into a pleasant surprise (or something actually living up to the hype for once). After a week, I definitely felt like the tint to my teeth was looking much whiter. Beyond cosmetic appearances, I felt like it cleaned my teeth very well, and that's something I felt from the first use. I like that it's blue because it makes it very easy to see what areas of my mouth I've missed. Taste is very minty and refreshing without an unpleasant aftertaste. Will definitely buy again!

Leaves teeth feeling clean and fresh with a strong, refreshing mint taste. Helps reduce surface stains after regular use. The whitening effect is noticeable but subtle, and it’s a bit more expensive than standard Colgate toothpaste.

This is a great toothpaste, not too strong tasting. It is very blue in colour. I think my teeth look slightly whiter after using this, but don't expect miracles! Quite expensive compared to other toothpastes, but a regular purchase for me. No sensitivity issues (I previously used a 'sensitive' toothpaste). Certainly worth a try.

I've purchased this very expensive toothpaste several times in the past in the hope that it will do what it claims, i.e. remove all dark stains from my teeth, but I'm sorry to say it hasn't made the slightest difference. I've followed the instructions to the letter, but my teeth are exactly the same colour and the stains are still just as noticeable. Don't waste your money !

My ten year old daughter went through the stage of pretending to brush her teeth (why do kids do that?!), and she ultimately developed horrible yellow stains. After having a very long ear bending about the state of her smile, I bought her this toothpaste. She's been using it for several months now and her teeth are no longer stained but a nice pearly white. This was also a great encouragement for her to keep brushing them and she's now proud of her smile, and much more diligent over her dental hygiene. The toothpaste does start to work within weeks but ultimately it's the long term effect that makes it impressive. It's nice to have her white smile back without having the intervention of a dentist (especially at a time when it's not easy to see a dentist). I can recommend this, but you need to use it long term for the best possible outcome.

Be aware this paste is not going to make any difference if you already have clean teeth. It is not for magically making your teeth whiter. However, is is the best stain remover ever and works from day one for big stains on teeth. I had really bad stains and was so ashamed of smiling. Hygienist is sooo expensive now. This paste has cleared my stains and now my teeth look normal again. Remember, if you already have normal looking teeth, it will not make any difference.

The jury is still out on this. It certainly makes my mouth feel very fresh and I think it may be making a slight difference to the whiteness of my teeth. It is a blue gel, which I think probably highlights whiteness. So far so good. I'll see how it goes for the next few weeks.

I have ordered it after reading the reviews. I often drink herb tea, or green tea, which makes my teeth yellowish. I just had a teeth polish 3 weeks ago, and I have seen it getting more and more yellow. I used oral b 3D white until now, it helped a bit but have not solved my problem. Today I have received the whitening colgate, and after only one use I can see the difference. Then I checked. The packaging and l seen that there is hydrogen peroxide in it, so it is definitely good. As well known that hydrogen peroxide is used for teeth whitening. Obviously it must contain only a very small amount so it safe to use.
