When you pay £400 for a camera, even an all-action-rugged-take anywhere one such as the OM System TG-7, why wouldn't you want to give it a bit more protection? You buy a handy carry case for it. You even get yourself an equally handy lens protector, so why not something for the screen? For not much money, you receive three screen protectors, a similar number of dust cloths, wet cloths to clean it with, dry cloths to dry it and apparently a 'beautiful wooden packaging box', which sounds lovely but mine was plastic. Wipe off the dust, wipe it clean, dry it then stick on the protector. It's simple, makes no difference to what you can see, adds virtually no extra thickness, and makes you a bit happier about your expensive purchase. And you'll forget it's even there. Just ensure you stick it on the right way round. Slightly curved end is on the left.

I have just received my Olympus tg-6 camera and bought these screen protectors as a precaution and I'm really pleased with them. They are easy to apply, the screen is still beautifully crisp and clear and best of all they make me feel that my camera is extra safe. There are three protectors in a pack with wipes, dust absorber stickers and guide strips although I didn't use these. The screen is slightly curved on the left hand side so please bear this in mind before applying the protector, just so you put it on the right way round. Very good value and excellent quality, would highly recommend.

Covering the screen needs to be the first thing you do. The camera screen is not scratch proof. Follow the instructions and it'll cover the screen perfectly and last and survive robust use.

You actually get three screen protectors with the purchase. I watched the video on the Amazon website, which explains clearly how to attach the protector. It is easy to do and works well with my OM TG-7.

The TG7 has a screen that is unlike a standard camera screen due to its properties designed to make the camera tough as per its name. The screen is plastic and has a very slight deforming quality to allow this toughness. Therefore a protector won’t stay on there for long. The quality of the protector though is very good as are others from the manufacturer. It’s just wasted on the TG7 and not really necessary. 4 stars for the item which may seem unfair, but it reflects its usefulness on this camera.

This was a replacement screen protector for a Nauticam underwater housing that fits the Olympus TG6/6. I had forgotten I fixed one on the screen two years ago and had a bit of a panic as it looked cracked at one edge. These things do get a bit of a bashing. So glad it was protected. So old one removed, new one fitted. Nauticam don’t market one for their housings so I used the one for the actual camera. All very easy. .

I have been looking for a waterproof camera for some time and then a friend recommended the Olympus Tough TG-6. He also recommended buying a screen protector. This one was easy to apply and perfectly clear. How it performs remains to be seen when I go to Fuerteventura next year.

easy enough to put on and seems good quality. I use my waterproof Olympus tough phone in all kinds of remote places so it tends to take a beating. This screen protector is very useful.

The in-built screen of a TG-6 is prone to scratches given the rough use. This screen guard is apt is well made that fits perfectly for the screen. Thanks for delivering it on-time.
