Very helpful
This was so useful for my elderly Mum until she became too forgetful. Mum's fingers found it difficult sometimes to pick out the pills. I found it very helpful , as did she. I think the different colours are particularly helpful to differentiate the days.

Great! Holds Many Pills / Vitamins â Suitable for People with Rheumatism, Arthritis, Alzheimerâs
The media could not be loaded. Â Update: The pill organiser does not have a seal. Loose tablets stick together, as moisture is absorbed from the air. The organiser is kept in my living room, which has normal levels of humidity. The tablets are stored in the organiser for up to one week. Disappointing. Rating dropped to 4 stars. This colourful pill organiser is nice and chunky, with large compartments (inner measurements are 3.3cm x 3cm x 2cm) but that is actually one of the things I like best. It makes picking up the tablets less fiddly, even bigger fingers (proper man size) can easily pick up the pills. Overall, the item measures approximately 23cm x 12cm x 3.8cm and is approximately the size of a standard ice cube tray. Some reviewers have commented that the pill organiser is too large to fit into hand luggage. I did not have this problem but would only travel with loose tablets when staying in the UK. Whenever I go abroad, I keep all medicines in their original packaging to avoid hassle at borders.Another good feature is that both the am and pm slots and the text are facing the same way. Similar push button designs have positioned the am and pm compartments back to back, so that on the morning side Sunday is positioned on the left but, when the unit is turned over to face the pm side, Sunday is on the right-hand side and the week appears to begin with Saturday. Effectively, with these other designs, you appear to be working your way back i.e. going from right to left, which does not feel natural. I also like that instead of writing am and pm, drawings of the sun and moon are shown. Both these design elements (left to right and pictograms) will be very useful for people with dementia / Alzheimerâs.The push buttons are easy to use and opening the organiser is not difficult. People with limited mobility or strength in their hands or fingers should still be able to open the organiser and get the pills out. This makes the organiser suitable for people with rheumatism or arthritis, for example. The two compartment strips (morning and evening) can easily be popped out of the frame but they are not so loose that they would dislodge themselves. The housing is made of food grade, BPA-free plastic, so I do not need to worry about it degrading over time and contaminating my tablets. The colours are vibrant and the whole unit feels sturdy and well-made.I am not using this organiser for prescription medication â I have a smaller unit for that, as I only take 2 tiny tablets a day. Instead, I am using this for vitamins and supplements, which seem to be getting bigger and bigger. I can easily fit my 12 tablets in one container, including those gigantic H&B supplements (see photos). There is room to spare and I could easily fit many more (small) pills. A weekâs supply for both my partner and myself within easy reach â I use the evening slots. This allows me to store the bulky retail containers away in the cupboard and free up shelf space. The pill organiser was well-packed and arrived undamaged. There were some light scratches on some of the lids but this is unavoidable with mass production. The letters and graphics are embossed â it feels like a thick, solid layer of ink. So far, the print is not rubbing off the compartments and I doubt it will. It is also possible to close the lids without touching the inked parts, so this may not become an issue at all. Cleaning the unit with a damp cloth has not done any damage. If the print comes off in the near future, I will update this review but, for now, I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this pill organiser.

Does just what I wanted
A great easy to use pill dispenser.I just wish I could find a robust, well made, version that had 7 day sections in a much smaller format. All the ones I have bought which are smaller than this are fragile and have broken. This is the best I have found so far.

Great for pre-loading ready for use by an elderly parent
Fabulous piece of kit. My elderly mother wasnât taking her 11 tablets a day properly and this was a worry. Now I pre-load one week at a time for her and simply hand her the tray to take each day that week.I did customise it somewhat. Because she has dementia, I knew sheâd be unable to cope with the week starting on a Sunday. Luckily, if youâre careful (but quite forceful) you can safely unhinge the individual coloured plastic lids so as to re-order them. To do this, firstly pop up a lid. Then by pushing the lid (lower down right near the hinge) firmly to the left you can pop it off its plastic hinge. Do this for all 14 lids and then you can reassemble them into a week which makes sense to you. You just firmly âpopâ a loose lid onto whichever hinge you want. With a bit of care you wonât break any of the hinges. (Iâve done this for 4 x trays now with no detriment to them).I also labelled my motherâs trays with âmorningâ and ânightâ as I knew she wouldnât comprehend the little printed symbols.

Well worth it's many 5 star ratings!
I purchased this 7 day pill box for my 93 year old father. He sometimes forgets to take his tablets, at other times he runs the risks of taking them twice! My Dad also suffers from shaky hands - so can often accidentally drop his pills on the floor as he's 'popping' them out of the foil sleeves. This pill box has really made life that much easier for him (and me!). It means I've been able to 'load him up' with a seven day supply (3x AM pills & 1x PM pills) - then each time I visit I can (a) check to see if he's been taking his meds and (b) give him a top-up. In addition, Dad no longer stresses out about remembering if he's taken his meds.I'm particularly drawn to products that are uncomplicated and simple to use, and this product easily meets those requirements. I like the way each top box is clearly identified with the day and an AM marking, and a sun đ symbol to reinforce that it contains the morning meds. In contrast, each bottom box has the day, a PM marking and a moon đ symbol to denote it contains the evening meds. This pill box features large compartments that are curved at the inner base to make it easy to scoop out your tablets/capsules. The lids open/close easily, which would be helpful for folk with dexterity issues. Each lid is semi-transparent so it's easy to see if there are still pills in there. The all-plastic construction also makes it an easy item to wash.I spent a lot of time checking out the 7 day (am & pm) pill boxes available on Amazon and my conclusion is that this is the best one available. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending this product to you.

REMEMBERING TABLETS
I have had to buy this product as I kept forgetting to take my Supplements. It is roughly the size of an A5 Hardbacked book. It is very sturdy and easy to use. I like the fact that each day is a different colour with the PM pill holders facing the same way. So itâs easy to see what day you are on and if you have taken all your tablets for that day. I took one star off for ease of use as I find it easier to tip the pills out of the pill container for that day on to my table then trying to take the tablets out of the pill container itself. I donât mind that. As I know what tablets I should be taking. You can separate the AM from the PM very easily. Which could make it easier for travelling. I havenât used it for travelling yet.
