I purchased this at the recommendation of a friend. My nails have a tendency to peel and chip a lot at the ends and I'm always finding that a nail has mysteriously broken off. I am not very good about maintaining my nails, but can be pretty good about putting this on because it dries almost immediately! I put a coat on every other day for a few days. It last for a long time. When I notice that it's worn off, I do the same thing -- put a coat on every other day for a few days. You can use it under regular nail polish. Before purchasing I read about the Formula 2 vs the Formula 3 and determined the Formula 2 was the best Formula for me since my nails are chipping and peeling so much. Though I wouldn't call this a miracle product, in comparison to other products I have tried, I consider this product much more effective and I am definitely less likely to have my nails crack and peel when I am using this product. It is worth it if you have a problem with brittle nails.

I bit my nails all of my life and when I tried to grow them they were too weak to grow very long--always ripped or broke. This is the very first time I actually have nice nails and while I don't like them long, they look nice either with or without nail polish. I've tried so many others and not one delivers like this does. I will continue to buy because I know it works. Gave one as a gift to my grand daughter. Highly recommend to anyone with weak or brittle nails or with problem nails.

If you have problem nails, this is the best stuff ever! My nails were breaking and peeling for months and I had no idea why (still don't) but when a friend recommended this, I gave it a try. It really worked - took maybe a month or so for my nails to grow out but they have stayed long and strong for over a year now. One thing I just discovered, on accident really, is that using it as a top coat makes my nail color last a good week! It used to chip off after day 2 or 3 but not anymore. I'm glad I found this on Amazon for a better price because in the stores, it's about $17 for one bottle, which is what I started off paying. It was still worth it at that price tho!

If your nails are dry, flaking and splitting between the layers, don't walk, RUN to get this stuff! It is a game changer...in 3 months my nails went back to healthy, fast growing and lovely... Six months are they are cured! I swear by Naltiques..which is probably also available at your CVS. I also stopped using drug store polish remover and started using Pure Vitality Beauty brands 100% Natural polish remover, which I also got on Amazon. This combo will restore your nails! I highly recommend it!

You don't need to pay for salon gel nails because with Nailtiques you can grow long, strong natural nails. Even though it is more expensive than other nail hardeners, it actually works...so, it ends up saving money. I used Formula 2 Plus when they were badly damaged from acrylic nails. I use Formula 2 to maintain them and prevent splitting and peeling nails.

I think Nailtiques is helping, but I am still breaking fingernails down to the quick (maybe not as often as I was). My toenails are doing better. However, this is not the time of year when either get their toughest workout. I like sandals, so when I do yard work in the spring and summer, my feet take a beating; maybe nothing will help.I will try to update this review if nails improve more.

I could never get my nails to grow. The woman who does my nails suggested this polish. She now has to cut my nails regularly because they are longer than I want them to be! You have to use it nightly at first, painting over the paint that is already on your nails. After that, when you see good growth, there is no need to polish every night, but you definitely want to keep this polish on your nails!

I swear by this product. I have noticed a difference in just 2 days. I feel I will have to use it forever, because I stopped using it once before and my nails started to peel and chip. The product lasts a long time. I found it best to buy the larger size.
