These are pretty large pills and you must take two, so I wouldn't call them easy to swallow. However, this is probably one of the best mushroom supplements I've taken that was not a powder. Very potent stuff. It's hard to describe how taking these mushroom supplements helps... I don't think anyone really takes them to treat anything. But taking them does make you feel more calm, grounded, healthy, and stable. Aging on these feels more like a graceful, smooth descent instead of a plane crash, lol. They're not really there to fix anything so much as just provide gentle support to your body's normal functioning. I've been taking these since I turned 35, and I'm actually feeling quite positive about my 40s now that they're so close... I feel healthier than than I ever have, even in my twenties! ❤ I have nervous and immune system problems triggered by trauma, and these help immensely with feeling well overall. They also help sooth the tremors down a bit, but you'll need more than this to eliminate tremors - try this along with CBD, hemp oil, and ginger to get rid of them completely.

I found this to be a palatable mushroom supplement; there was little taste or smell and no unpleasant side effects from this.Honestly, I’m not sure what benefits I have or haven’t seen. Times are crazy for everyone and I know I’ve been dealing with a lot as well as working on adjusting my supplement routine! I do believe that I may experience a subtle but appreciated mental energy when taking this supplement. Nothing overwhelming or unsettling, just a nice efficiency to my mental and even emotional processes that had been a bit lacking. Not the sort of thing you’ll get from caffeine or standard “stimulants”. I

The supplement itself is as described, and very helpful. I am very confused however, as to why in the world you would make the label covering the pill bottle that nasty dry sticky texture, like one of those glossy photos that makes people squeemish when they scratch it with their nails. Holding the bottle feels very strange and and I never thought I would have an issue with something like that. Makes my hand dry and it's just weird. Would be really nice if you could just use plastic like every other pill bottle in the entire world does.

I take this along with other supplements, so I can't say how well it works on its own. But I feel it's a good addition to my current regimen. I only gave 4 stars because I haven't noticed enough of a difference to say that this is a must-have. I like it so far, but I'll wait until I finish the whole bottle and stop taking it for a few days before I decide to reorder.

I read how good mushrooms are for your brain. I decided to give these a try. I have to admit to feeling a little “sharper” since taking them. Is it the supplements or just a placebo effect? Who knows but I’ll keep taking them as long as I feel better.

Took this product for two months. Didn’t see a difference. Will not purchase again
