Manthorpe Felt Lap Vents Attic Roof Loft Ventilation Cures Condensation 50 Pack

I like everything about this product. If the roof is normal felt and lath with concrete tiles then the ventilators slip in easily from the roof space and form a good air path. I fitted them high up and low down on both sides of the roof and they produced a good cross draught. The roof space is now much fresher and no condensation is formed even during very cold weather.

I have a T shaped roof in a 4 bed detached house.The eaves got covered by loft insulation by the previous owner, and last winter I had dripping water off the roof felt and mold on fabric stored in the loft.I got the 50 pack and it took hardly any time to fit them, my house has concrete roof tiles and some heavy thick felt, and my teenaged girls fitted a few.After I fitted them, I had my girls shut the loft hatch with me in the loft (they failed the trust exercise...) and I could feel a breeze in the loft space.This winter, no issues what so ever. The air feels fresher and less dusty when I go into the loft now.Expensive for some plastic, but cheap compared to other solutions.

I’ve bought and fitted 100 of these in my loft now over 2 winters, I can safely say that they work, I have a supper insulated bungalow with old fashioned roof felt (none breathable) every winter it would be dripping wet through in the loft…. there’s not a drop of moisture build up now and you can feel the movement of air now… a great buy definitely recommend if you have a problem with condensation in the loft

Our 1970's house has a moderate problem with roof space condensation. These simple to fit vents have increased air flow and seem to have cleared the problem. The house is about 140 sq. m and 50 vents seems to be about the right amount. Quite expensive for what they are, but much cheaper and easier than other solutions.

Quick and easy to install. Would definitely recommend. We had alot of condensation in the loft this year, within 3 weeks of fitting these as you can see from thr pictures we could see improvements. Now even following the recent beast from the east with ambients below freezing for a week the loft is dry, no condensation at all on the roof felt
