Actually disappointed

The media could not be loaded. When It arrive it was well packaged And made from sturdy material I was very excited. So November came around and it was time to put up my Christmas tree up, now I’m very disappointed. As shown on the video the base spins but it’s not a smooth, it kind of stop a bit like is stuck and then the Christmas tree tilts side to side. I used to have one of these back in the day and it did not do this. As you can see my Christmas tree is not heavily decorated and when it rotates to the right side the Christmas tree actually till like it’s crooked which is not, at first I thought I had Put the legs of the base on incorrectly but no every thing fine. From time to time it does a weird sound like something snaps. Also they need to rethink the placement of the plug That connects to the Christmas tree it should a little bit longer to hide it inside the tree instead of dangling right in the middle where everybody can see it.

Disappointed Not as Advertised

It is green and not grey and it does not rotate as advertised. (Yes I had the switch as per the instructions so it could rotate but it seemed to have been a defective one I received) I will not waste my time asking to get a replacement.
