Q: does the helmet have space for a ponytail

I know I'm 2 years late to answer this question but I wanted to in case someone else needs the answer. I bought this helmet in the spring of 2019 and it does have a channel between the pads where my daughter's ponytail fits. She had no problems wearing one last year or this year.
