The media could not be loaded. I have always wanted one of these and I read this brand is a good one so I got it and the price was great and it works really good. To be honest I havent read the manual but it is easy to work I just made sure it was on F° and Avg (average temperature) because the reviews I read and watched said that was the best/easiest to keep it at. So I have snow where I am at and it it changes temp from cold to hot really good so I tempted the snow and then went to the oven and then just the wall for the room temp and then other random things and it didn't mess it up or jump around trying to find the temp it works great im so far very pleased with this purchase. The little screen also lights up and u can turn that off if u want to, there is also the feature if u just press the trigger it takes the temp of the thing u r pointing at and if u hold the trigger down it continues to scan the temp so if lets say you are makin carmel or somethin and need it at a Percise temp then that option will work great for wat u need it for. In my lil video u will see i first just 1 click the cabinet for the room temp then 1 click the bag of ice then 1 click the stove top then showing the level medium kinda close to the 6 and then (holding the trigger down) scanning the stove top then scanning the ice then the cabinet last. Also to turn on u just click the trigger and then it turns on and u can immediately use it.. I hope this review helps

Seems to work great, Takes a bit to make sure you aim the same places each time or you will get different readings, Overall I feel it’s very accurate and works well. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to tighten up their griddle game

One thing I really love is the fast readout speed—no more waiting around to see if my food is at the right temperature.That said, the battery life could use some improvement. It doesn't last as long as I'd hoped, but it's a minor inconvenience considering how well the thermometer works overall.All in all, the ThermoPro TP450 Dual is a solid tool for any cooking enthusiast. I definitely recommend it!

got here quickly and does a great job. I have used it to check the air temp coming out of my sons heating duct as he complained his room was cold. It did a great job of helping us figure things out. Accurate and fast.

I had a Harbor Freight thermometer something like this but it died after about 10 years. This replacement was much cheaper, very compact and seems to work well.
