COMPANY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND ,, NO REVERSE AND IF YOU LIV ON YOU POOL FOR A FEW DAYS IT WILL SINK ,, BUT THEM AGAIN ITS NICE FOR LOOK NOT THE PRICE

Great service
Amazing tech has been great to deal with. Quick to respond to direct questions and helpful when there were issues. Like other buyers the main complaint is not having reverse. But there were a few hiccups with our purchase I wanted to share. Since the boat uses reverse differential, as another buyer mentioned, the left and right propellers turn in opposite direction from one another. So to make the boat move forward the right motor turns the opposite direction as the left one and only the different directions of the propeller blades make the boat move forward (or so it should have been…). In our case the right and left propellers were the same direction. So the left motor was pushing forward while the right one was pulling backwards. This caused the boat to always turn right when attempting to go forward and it caused the boat to basically stand still and slowly rotate to the right when trying to turn left. Very confusing at first! The seller did provide 2 spare propellers, one of which was correct for the right side, leaving 2 spares for the left side only. Once we replaced the propellers, the boat drove left, right and straight as expected. We contacted the seller to inform them of the problem and they were willing to send us a couple right side replacement propellers at no cost. I am very appreciative of the seller’s assistance and willingness to work with us since this was a gift for my nephew.

Like others have said, I wish it had a reverse, the "Sport" on my radar arch was put on upside down, but other than that works great.
