Chrome Laundry Sorter with Foam Mesh Bags

This laundry sorter is the best one in my opinion. I have had one for over 10 years now and it stills looks good as new. It was very easy to assemble. The price has gone up, but it is well worth the cost. I bought a cheaper one for another house and could immediately tell the difference. That is why I'm here reviewing this one and purchasing another. This one is made from high-quality metal and plastic. The bags are very thick, and the Velcro sticks well. it's very easy to clean as you just take them off and throw them in with a load of colors. I love the convenience of grabbing a bag to take to the laundry room. Mine stays stationary as I don't use the wheels since I don't roll it around anywhere. Holds a week's worth of clothes for two people.

This is a great product! I was worried at how sturdy it would be without a bottom piece to hold the bags up but they hold up just fine. I've gotten the Velcro to come loose but I had the bag stuffed pretty full and I was pushing on it pretty hard! It looks fantastic in my newly remodeled gray/black/red laundry room and works great for sorting clothes. I can pull it out to fill and then push it nicely back under my table.

I don't wheel this laundry sorter around. I bought for the sole intention of separating my whites, darks and special fabric/care items. I don't have a washer/dryer in my unit, but when the bags are full, I just pick it up entirely and do my laundry. Love that you can also wash the mesh and tumble/air dry it after to put clean clothes in to transport back. It was also easy to assemble and no problems with it yet.

Pros: Very stylish, sturdy, and compact. Easy to assemble.Cons: bottom wheels are not secured so comes off if tilted.

It's a really good product. For the money, can't really go wrong. We have a LO now and this helps us keep his laundry separate. It's plenty sturdy and the mesh bags are extremely convenient when doing laundry - you can just pull em out and take them to the laundry room.

Pros: It has a very sturdy frame with durable wheel/casters. This is a very low price for a non-plastic frame. The bags are easy to carry with well-made handles.Cons: As others have noted, the plastic corner attachments do not hold the metal frame together. This is especially notable if you use the cart across longer distances and/or on uneven surfaces as I do (I take it two blocks to my local laundromat). In order to keep it together, I had to secure the metal rods to the plastic connectors with many tight layers of packing tape. It has held very well since, to its credit.

Very sturdy product but I have a couple of complaints. One the way the baskets are held on the frame is designed poorly. Every time I take clothes out they fall off the frame. It's annoying. Second complaint is that the baskets themselves are small!! I had a cheap pvc pipe framed one and bought this to replace it. It looks better but the hanging basket are WAY smaller. For a family of 4 for a weeks of clothes don't fit in two of these systems. Also...velcro holds the baskets on the frame. The velcro folds in towards your clothes so my clothes get snagged on the velcro. I wanted to love this product but it's bad!!! DO NOT BUY.

I am still using this product and it is helping us keep the laundry off the floor so I don't have to look at a pile in the bedroom but I have had to repair it twice already. One of the black plastic corner pieces broke when putting it together. One of the corner pieces with a wheel broke more recently as well. I expected better material. The metal framing makes this very sturdy but the poor plastic material makes the whole thing fall apart.
