Best "Sippy" cup out there
My LO went through every single sippy cup on the market. She simply couldn't figure out how to suck. We tried this cup at 12 months, it was a no go. Tried again at 15months and its a hit. She loves it. One trick we figured out, when practicing it for the first few times with your child is, you need to have the cup totally full till the line. If you don't, the child will need to tilt too much, and suck much harder, and may not be an immediate success or transition to this cup.Pros:-Durable construction; much better than most sippy cups-Super easy cleaning; unlike other cups, no special brushes needed, no gunk that can get stuck in mouth piece/straw-Better for orthodontic health; same sipping action as in an adult cup, no deforming of gums/teeth like with bottle nipple sucking-Absolutely no leaks whatsoever, not a drop-Flow is perfect for babies/toddlers.Cons:-It's pricey. I found it at a big box toy store for a few dollars cheaper.I can't stress how easy cleaning of this cup is. Our new favorite cup! I have purchased a few, all have held up great.

Doesn't seem like it would work - but somehow it does
In the interest of getting our 15 month old permanently off the bottle, we purchased an arsenal of sippy cups to combat bottle dependency. We were continually baffled by the myriad combinations of plugs, straws, nipples, and locking mechanisms employed by countless cup designs, none of which seem to operate as intended and all of which seem to be some vague compromise in ideal drinking function. But we were determined that we would eventually find the cup that appeals to our son's ergonomic preference.Upon first opening the package and removing this cup, we were baffled that it had such high reviews. We turned it around and unscrewed the lid and mouthed distaste like a couple of apes encountering their first human tool. We tried drinking out of it ourselves, failed, and determined that it was a stupid design and threw it aside, saddened by our wasted money. But then we revisited it, and realized its function is ridiculously simple. Just drink it like a normal cup, pressing just a bit harder on the silicone than one would on a normal cup, and sucking a bit. Voila: liquid in mouth. We gave it to our son and he instantly grasped it, put it to his mouth and tilted it clumsily against his face making sucking sounds. We watched with great concentration as it appeared that he was swallowing. Then he slammed the cup down on his food tray and said "ahhhhh". We looked at one another in disbelief. Then he did it again, and we confirmed that he was taking in fluid. So, it appears this works very well, and is so simple that even a baby can figure it out (but not parents).

Best Toddler Cup Out There
Like most moms, I have tried every toddler cup out there, and hated all of them. I want to love them, but ultimately they will leak or spill or cause tooth issues or come with a hundred parts. That is, until I found the Wow Cup. This cup is perfect in every way: it's easy for toddlers to drink out from, won't cause future dental problems, easy to clean and assemble, doesn't leak, fits in cup holders, stylish, and will ultimately help your child learn how to properly drink out of a "grown-up cup". Another perk of this cup? You will meet so many other parents because of this cup! Seriously, I have at least one parent a day come up to me and ask me what kind of cup it is and where they can get it. The only slightly negative thing about this cup is that it's a little pricey, but I think it's worth every penny. My only regret is not knowing about it earlier, and thus saving me from all the wasted money on all the sippy and straw cups I've bought in the past.

Good cups, though they do tend to leak over time
We have tried just about every sippy cup out there and by far, both these and the Zoli straw cups are our favorites (with these just slightly ahead of the Zoli). We have 15 month old twin boys and they took to these right away. Before these we tried the Sassy 360 cups since they were less expensive but they were returned right away as they were way to difficult to drink from. I just ordered another set of these and I have a feeling they'll get lots of use. Highly recommend!Update 12/5/14 (changed from 5 stars to 3): We've been using these cups for over a year now and they are still the cups we use primarily (aside from the Zoli's for water), but I am finding it extremely frustrating that for some reason the lids are starting to leak on some of our cups and I can't determine exactly why it's happening. I decided to call the company to see if they had any ideas and/or if I could get replacements lids, if necessary, but their phone systems are not working properly and once I worked around the glitches with the phone system and was put into a queue for customer service, the automated system said the hold time would be about 7 seconds. Well, after holding for over 5 minutes with only sporadic messages stating that they were experiencing high call volume (even though they said this time frame was the best for calls), I decided to hang up. Maybe I'll try to reach them by email instead because I need a solution. These cups are relatively expensive and when they leak, they leak pretty extensively (sometimes pouring out).

Awesome cup, horrible price tag. buyer beware.
Product is amazing!! No leaking, no spilling!! Only three large parts and no messy straws to clean!! We tried green sprouts, gerber, etc... We have four Wow cups and I keep buying them as gifts for friends with little ones. I take one star off for the seller charging over $34 when I paid under $10 for from another seller on Amazon. Buyer beware!! Don't get ripped off!! No sippy cup should ever be this expensive!!!

These cups are just the greatest cups known to man (fine, fine, to the parents of toddlers). My cupboards are pretty much full to bursting with various sippy/spout/straw cups, and none of them hold a candle to this one, with the exception of the Munchkin Miracle 360 cup, which is essentially the same thing as the Wow cup.I've read a few reviews from parents who say their child wasn't able to figure out how to drink from this type of cup, but mine never had a problem. The lid is comprised of a rigid, perforated ring that allows a small to moderate amount of liquid through, and a pliable silicone top that seals the ring until pressure is applied, in the form of a mouth gently sipping at the edge. Having tried it myself (while keeping in mind the limitations of a toddler), I don't think it's difficult to drink from at all. It requires a sucking action not unlike the kind you would use for a straw, in my opinion, or even a spout-type sippy cup. So while your child may experience a bit of a learning curve if going straight from breast/bottle nipple to the cup, I imagine that a child going from any other kind of cup to this one would have no problems. The beauty of this cup is that it DOES NOT LEAK unless you throw it on the ground, and even then, it'll let out just a tiny splatter of liquid as the impact breaks the lid's seal for a fraction of a second before it seals itself back up again.I have several each of the Wow cup and Munchkin Miracle 360 cup, and love them both. There are very slight variations in design that I really don't think affect function, and are simply a matter of preference. I find the Wow cup just the slightest bit easier to clean, because of the way that the silicone part of the lid pops right out by pushing up from the bottom, while the rigid perforated portion of the Munchkin cup goes across the entire mouth of the cup rather than being a ring, which means you have to use your fingers to pry the silicone part off from the top. It's not difficult to do, just slightly less convenient. Munchkin offers two cup sizes, one with handles and one without. I have the ones with handles, which make it easy for my son to carry them around with him as he plays. However, the Wow cup has a slimmer body and is easier to grip than the more bulbous body of the Munchkin cup.Either way, this cup is simply the bee's knees. I pretty much never use any of the other cups I own, unless all of my Wow cups and Munchkin cups are dirty.Edit: It turns out Wow also makes a smaller cup size with handles...who knew?
