Not long for this life.
I originally bought this product in the hopes of turning my pi into something more "set and forget", but all it's wound up doing is making me more nervous over my pi having decent cooling. The fans seem exceedingly cheap with a no-name chinesium fan brand, they waver in RPMs and strength, and there is a disconcerting grinding and clicking noise I can hear every once in awhile. This made me VERY concerned about installing it in its final location, which is going to have tons of vibration and shock, which I would imagine would put these fans out of their misery before long, and my pi would likely wind up cooking. The LEDs seem pointless and just add power draw to your pi, which is already struggling to ask any more of the USB charger it's plugged into. At the very least, there's an inline switch for both the fans and the LEDs respectively. My naivete wanted two fans on my pi simply for redundancy; if one fails, there's still some cooling left, but I genuinely wonder if another hat with a single bigger fan that's generally made better would last a lot longer. These are DEFINITELY not built for 24/7 always-on embedded style projects.

Disappointed with the reliability
Ran well for a couple of months but started giving a loud grinding noise after that. I was initially very happy with it as it was less noisy than most other products & brings down the temp by a whopping 20 deg Celcius. But ironically now it is so loud that I'm worried that it may explode anytime.I was planning to run it 24x7 but the noise worries me that it can be a fire hazard when I am away as my setup is coupled with a UPS.Not good for the long run. Especially if your RPi is always running at 100%.

Fans lasted a few months and now too noisy to use.
Only lasted a few months under light office work. Trying to find a link to contact for seller.

Good job cooling my Raspberry Pi 4B while retaining full access to the GPIO connector, but noisy.
The Raspberry Pi 4B, in my opinion, requires active cooling. This combination of three heatsinks and two fans does the job. With the fans on at 20C room temperature my 4B runs at 28C to 29C under moderate load. The little fans make some fan noise as little fans do, but for my application it's not a problem. There are a number of cooling solutions for Raspberry Pis, but this one extends the GPIO which I need for my project. An on-board switch is provided to turn the fans on/off and another switch to turn on/off some on-board LEDs.

Keeps your rpi4 cool
Prior to getting this my Rpi was running at 45 to 50c and now is at 31c. The fans a super quiet and the LEDs are a nice touch. The only thing is I wish they were programmable for color. Also the hat allows for you to use the pins still and have a nice labeling as to what each pin is.

One of the fans became very noisy after a month of daily use
Worked fine until one fan became very loud, which sucks bc the options are to throw it out, solder on a new fan, or just disable both fans, which leaves me with a light
