Arris MEB1100 MoCa to ETHERNET Bridge Frontier Fios

Cannot handle speeds above 50mbs. Otherwise it works fine.

This is exactly what I needed. Wanted to replace my supplied router with my own gateway & AP. Really wanted to run ethernet from the FiOS ONT but the outside box is old and there is no ethernet jack (there's a hole with some what looks like silicone caulk poking through). I'm one of the poor suckers transfered over to Frontier so I try to avoid calling them. While I'm happy working with copper I'm nervous about tearing apart the fiber box. And I really wanted a new AP as my wifi was overwhelmed even before stay at home. Disconnected the provider-provided router, plugged the coax into this, powered it with an old usb cable, plugged this into my USG, and bam! I'm in business! Maybe when the weather cools down I'll look into ditching the coax, but for now this fills in the missing link.

I was able to replace my rented equipment for this one. Plus, I bought a new router too.It's plug and play. I found out other Moca devices do not work on Verizon Fios.

Pros:Works.Will pay for itself in 4 1/2 months.Cons:Price.

We have had problems with a stable internet connection for over three years with Verizon. This solved all the issues!! Wish I had found it sooner.

Easy to install. Worked as expected.

Either did not work or was not compatible with my oem arris router

This MoCA allowed me to remove the Frontier modem/router and replace it with a far superior Mesh Router.
