All About Trademarks: Everything You Need to Know About Trademarks From a Former USPTO Trademark Examining Attorney

Quality: skimpy, cursory, poorly written, poorly organized, lazy compilation of generic publicly available information. Missing everything you'd seek expert advice on, like how to select the proper classes, how to write the application for success.Quantity: this isn't a book, it's a pamphlet. I have the kindle version, which is 50 screens of content, and 20 screens of examples from the gazette. The paperback has to feel even more of a rip-off than kindle, with a claimed 100 pages. The only way they could make this a 100 page paperback is with egregious white space and massive print.

I’m really enjoying the information this book has to offer. I’d love to give it five stars based off of the knowledge this trademark attorney has given, but the quality is a big issue for me. The words are printed so close to the spine that it’s hard to read unless you have both hands consistently applying pressure to keep the pages apart. It might seem a little silly to complain about, but if you’re a fast reader and used to one-handing it, you’ll find it very inconvenient considering the price of the book. However, if that doesn’t bother you then take this as a five star review for the great insights of the USPTO process!

All about Trademarks, is a book packed with information anyone could use if they pan to protect their property. A must read.

This books explains everything in plain English so there are no surprises with the trademark process. It will help you understand your opinions so that you can make an informed decision. I am happy I purchased it. It is a good value for the price. I also liked that the author worked at the US Patent and Trademark Office!

It's a small book packed with a lot of "easy to read, easy to understand" information. Word of ADVICE...use the blanks and highlight the "meat" that answers YOUR QUESTIONS ABOUT TRADEMARKING. Great resource book to keep on hand.
