I’ve been really happy with these black seed oil capsules. I’m pretty particular about the supplements I take and prefer cleaner formulations, so these were a great find. These are good to have in the home . I believe taking these has helped with the seasonal colds , making the duration shorter or less uncomfortable at the least. Anytime someone in our home coughs or feels like they are getting a cold we say “take the black seed oil “ so for what this is worth.. I know everyone is different and not all things work the same for everyone.

As they says Black seed oil cures everything but death? Not sure about that but I do know for a fact that I've been taken this black seed oil faithfully for 6 months and when I went for my blood work I couldn't believe the results!!! All my numbers had improved even my A1C . And the only difference was I started taking Mother's Black seed capsules told some of my friends to try and see what happens guess what their numbers improved too!!! Highly Recommend this product!!!!

I have bought always bought another brand in Organic Black Seed Oil.I regret buying this brand as it has a distinct Burt & old taste .. NOT palatable at all..What an expensive lesson…
