Tiny pills
Much smaller than expected. Didn't work like pink bismuth liquid does, which is what I expected.

Works great
I have used the OTC pink liquid for heartburn (not naming brand name, but I am sure you know which one) for years. Since the pink stuff is a combination of Bismuth and salicylate, the latter ingredient was irritating my esophagus. This product, however, contains ONLY the active ingredient. AND it works!
