Tea Infuser Travel Mug With Tea Bag Storage by Tea Totaler

Well thought out product that functions well. Gave as gifts to two chronic tea drinkers and they love them.

Has got to be best travel mug ever! Love being able to take my tea with me and also being able to let it steep in the cup etc. Really like that it has the storage to take a tea bag with you too in the bottom. Very convenient and works awesome.

This is a great product in theory, but in execution its got some work to do. It is the only one I can find that has an infuser and tea bag storage on the bottom which I just love! When the mug is closed up it keeps the drink warm for a very long time which is impressive. My beef though is that it leaks. Liquid pools up at the top and drip down the back of the cup/lid every time I drink it. Also, you have to leave all the tabs on the top open because the air hole is too small, it gets steam on it which plugs the hole, and liquid stops coming out of the cup. Also, because the storage is on the bottom the cup is tall and top heavy so it wobbles around and falls over in the cup holder in the car. These are design flaws in opinion, ones the company has to work out in order to make this a great mug. I will continue to use mine, because face it, I already own it, but I will have to get used to having wet fingers. You're better off trying a different mug.

I had high hopes for this mug because of the previous reviews and the great functionality, but it didn't work even as a basic travel mug for me. When you take a sip of tea some of the liquid remains around the hole and then when the mug moves (either putting it down or in the car) or the lid is closed, the liquid leaks off the sides.Also the bottom storage part has a give and take - its great to be able to store your loose leaf tea after brewing, but it also makes the mug very tall which causes it to rock back and forth in my car while I'm driving. I can't keep the mug in my bag since it leaks so it's a catch 22 of sorts.

I use this mug nearly every day to brew my morning tea. I am constantly amazed at how long this mug keeps my beverages hot: I regularly find that the tea is still at a perfect drinking temperature 4 or more afters I first brewed the tea. The storage is also extremely convenient.This mug has spoiled me. I probably will buy another one!UPDATE: I have continued to use my Tea Totaler daily, and am still impressed by how convenient it is and how well it works. I actually helped several of my friends select them for gifts for the holiday season this past year for the tea drinkers in their lives.I'm updating my review to reflect a recent customer service experience I had with the makers of Tea Totaler. When I needed assistance with a piece of my mug that was damaged in a bad fall, Tea Totaler responded to my questions quickly and helped me fix my problem. They have been incredibly helpful and gracious with a situation that they were under no obligation to fix, and I appreciate that in a company. If you're looking to buy a travel mug from a company that truly stands behind its product, look no further.

This product is amazing!!! I don't like strong tea so this allows me to remove the strainer and have the perfect tea every time! I have had a problem with it, where when I put the water in and close the top fully with a snap (the tea strainer section, and the main lid), hot water leaks out. This can be changed by just leaving the top lightly over the sip spout, but just something to keep in mind! Keeping that in mind this product still deserves 5 stars for being amazing!
