The Volunteer Church: Mobilizing Your Congregation for Growth and Effectiveness

I found this book easy to read and practical to apply. There are inspirational stories and many helpful applications. It is a training manual for one of the most important areas in the church— volunteers. I wish I had such a resource many years ago. I commend it highly!

It's a short, straightforward resource that was extremely helpful to our team as we work to understand the principles of volunteer-driven ministry. Valuing volunteerism is one thing. Seeing it as central to the work of the church is an entirely different thing. Volunteer Church stretched us in a lot of ways and we look forward to it bearing fruit in our church!

Easy read and practical

I needed this book for school. Worth the read!

I got a cheap black and white version of this book, not what is pictured on the cover. Printing was poor quality. I suspect it was not the original book. I've not ready it yet.
