I'm updating my previous review as the seller has reached out and replaced the previous non-working warmer and the new one works great! Fast response and delivery. Would recommend this product.The bottom warmer heats up just fine, but the top warmer stays cold, the light is on but just no heat, will be returning this, complete disappointment.

The product I received is defected. To return it would cost me $122+ from UPS, since the seller doesn’t provide free return. Hopefully, Amazon could settle this matter with the seller.

This is very lightweight and easy to move to separate rooms. Could be little hotter but is fine for my hot towels and lotions for massage.

The towel cabbie is great, it keep things warm and fits perfect in my massage room.However the BIG GREEN sticker/label on the door sticks out. It won't peel off, tired and it leaves a mess. So for now it's on there but very unappealing to the eye.

Great size for my salon

I was hesitant to get any towel warmers because a lot of people have complained about the oven not getting hot. This unit works great. Gets towels hot and even hot stones. We have a wellness clinic and suites our needs.

This is the first towel warmer that I’ve ever owned and can say I’m satisfied with my purchase. It heats up nicely and when I’m done for the day I wipe it down and leave the UV light for a couple of minutes to sanitize. Overall good product.
