This item worked fine for my father in laws drain on his motorhome but I didn't realize it was meant as an end drain shutoff and his is located inside the coach so it took a little rigging to make it work there because the one side is 1.5 inch but the other has no size but I found that a 1 inch coupling fits well enough inside it to make it work...just knowledge for the masses.
