This pre workout is best in its segment as i have tried many different pre’s before but this one gives instant energy and tingling in starting but fades away in just half and hour so if you don’t do longer workout it’s for you and if so then go with other options.

Holy smoke. I drink 3 pre workouts daily. My wife had 2 sips and went red. I thought maybe she had bad reaction. Today i drank 1 scoop and my body has become red, skin on fire and it feels like i drank an explosive. And this from a guy who drinks 3 easily. Scary! Here is what happens when you drink it. 1. suddenly you feel hot. 2. ears become red and start to burn. 3. suddenly pores of entire skin on whole body open up and burning sensation. 4. your wrists, elbows, fingers, knees, ankles and feet swell and burn. 5. this all within minutes and then you start to think if you need to rush to the hospital. 6. at this point you need the use the bathroom. 7. when you enter you are in panic and wish you had a fan inside. 8. you come and rush into an airconditioned room and reduce temperature to 20c. 9. after about 45 minutes, you come somewhere close to normal. 10. you swear never to drink another full scoop again.

I already consume creatine, citrulline malate and beta alanine seperately, even before i started with Freak pre-workout. I didn't feel the effects after one scoops and now i take 2 levelled scoops along with my stack. Flavour is great. The physical effects i feel are tingling in the ears which goes away in about 5 to 10 mins, and i feel i have slightly more energy to carry out my sets. What's strongly missing is the mind muscle connection, and the super focus that other pre-workouts give. And that was something that i was highly anticipating. The creator of this definitely need to add some more nootropics or caffeine for the mental focus part of this. Beginners can go for it, intermediate gym goes can steer clear. All on all, a good basic pre-workout, but dont expect too much. ADDENDUM: Its been about 2 weeks that I've been consistently using this product and i can say that this is a good, non intrusive pre workout. The side effects have almost vanished and doesn't bother me while working out. I might add its nothing stellar, but definitely gives a slight edge. Also give Muscle Asylum a try.

This pre-workout gives a solid energy kick and keeps me focused throughout my training. I feel more motivated and can push harder in the gym. It hits fast, so I usually take it before heavy workouts. Not for beginners, but great if you like strong pre-workouts.
