Unflavored is truly undetectable in even water. Best results for me was to NOT take it all at one time - it was best to mix my glass then drink it about 1/3 - 1/2 at a time over a few hours. Yes it's pricey, but in my opinion you get what you pay for. This helps me so much with my stress (stay at home mom of 3 boys: 4 years old, 3 years old and 1 year old). When I'm getting overstimulated or just plain ragey, this SERIOUSLY helps calm me down without making me feel loopy or sleepy. I like the cherry flavored version personally. I've been using this for months and will continue to do so. I haven't had any side effects sipping about 36 oz of water with 2-3 scoops throughout my afternoon - but if you're just starting out I'd start with just the amount in the directions to see how your gut does since it does have magnesium.

This product was recommended by my acupuncturist and holistic doctor. It is amazing. I take it most nights to help with sleep. And it clearly does. Natural product which I far prefer over prescription medicines.

This is a must have product for me that I will continue to purchase! I sleep so much better!! I take it an hour or a half hour before bed and I fall asleep much easier. I mix it in a little water and stir. It comes in a powder form and mixes in. You can mix it with another beverage too. I also turn off the electronics!
