I take 2 Metamucil capsules every morning and 2 of these every night right after dinner and there is never any discomfort or stomach issues. I have wonderful results every morning.

I am always looking for a combo vitamin and this works great for my gut health. It is hard to find in stock at my local pharmacy, so I return to Amazon every time. Price point is just right too.
