It's like sitting in one of his classes! Love it so far

One of the best books I have read. It brings to life the most vital institution in Islamic society, the schools and colleges. "The madrassah is the powerhouse of the Muslim Ummah." Definitely read it.

Madrasdah life is a brilliant book, giving the reader a clear insight into the works of an ongoing educational institution which is severely misunderstood in the western world.With poetic prose merged with the authors personal experiences, this book presents many complex and diverse topics in an engaging and enlightening way.

Really well written. Beautiful description of a typical morning in the madrasah. Just too much coverage of technical discussions taking place between scholars.
