Being rather large (46 waist)I ordered a well known make thinking the fit would be ok. Wrong. While the waist fitted fine the legs were to small and very tight. It seems that they don’t realise when you get big that it effects your whole body. Shame because weren’t the cheapest. Back to Sainsburys TU selection,they are a great fit.

Great shorts

Size: a bit large, but it has good belt loops, so manageable.Cargo = pockets: I would expect at least five good, deep pockets. Three slightly skimpy ones doesn't quite measure up.Water-resistant: I suppose this is difficult to measure. Better than average certainly, but nowhere near waterproof.All in all: at the price, I'm not unhappy. I'd like to be able to give three-and-a-half stars; so four stars it is.

Great, fantastic shorts

Great work shorts.I bought these as my second pair , altered them to add buttons to fix braces onto them asa belt doesn't hold up your shorts if you put tools and fixings into the multiple pockets. These shorts do the job.from a respected brand The water repellent coating was an added bonus as I hadn't read the spec but it does work.
