Can i put this on the refrigerator?

I would certainly think so. It is attached with a very strong adhesive. Just make sure you get it exactly where you want it. I think you would have trouble moving it. It might not attach as securely a second time. I’m very happy with mine - very well made and high quality.

I enjoyed this product for several months in my bathroom but it has lost it's stick and falls down. Is there a way to replace the adhesive band?

I did not find a way. I chalked it up to a choice that didn't work. My husband got a screw in ring. So I attempted to solve it myself & not put a hole in the wall. So had to move to plan B.
