Not Leakproof
I really wanted a mug that was leakproof and according to some of the reviews, this one fit the bill. However, just yesterday, dropped my mug in my car seat by accident and coffee spilled out. Thank goodness I had the top closed because the spill could have been worse. For keeping drinks hot/war, if I start out with a hot cup of coffee, it is still very warm (warmer than lukewarm) for at least 4 or 5 hours later. I did not like the configuration of the top. It is round and when you if you try to drink your coffee or drink hurriedly or drink while driving over a rough, bumpy road, your drink will spill around your mouth and down the front of your clothes. I wanted to be able to use my mug while riding in the car but I have to wait until the car is not moving in order to use the mug. Although it doesn't really matter about the writing on the side of the mug, just wanted to add that I washed it by hand with a mild dish washing detergent and after only two months of use, the writing has almost completely disappeared.

Good, Mostly Non-Drip, Travel Mug
This is a safe, non-drip travel mug overall. I like the push to open top and the fact that it keeps my drink hot for a long time. My only complaint is when I get to the last 1/4 of my drink, the mug begins to drip as I have to tilt it back further and further to drink the last of my coffee.

So far, so good---if I keep up with it long enough to evaluate it!
So far so good...I wish it came in plain stainless without the logo. Also a smooth place to put name and phone number so it can be reunited if absently left somewhere. I fear the color will chip off. Lid is rather large but so much better than the flip tops and multiple rings on others.

Very disappointed.
It was supposed to be dishwasher safe. When I received it, the instructions said that that lid was not dishwasher safe. When I put the cup part in the dishwasher, half the red coating came off. Very disappointed.

Misleading advertising
Features says dishwasher safe. Note within mug says it's not. I bought this because it's dishwasher safe. Very misleading.
